How should I prepare for my makeup appointment?

1. I highly recommend we Dermaflash your skin the week of your appointment. This will allow your makeup to lay smoother on your skin, and your skincare products to penetrate further into your skin. If you’re getting photos taken, the peach fuzz on your face won’t appear in the pictures after a Dermaflash treatment. (This is especially important for weddings!)
2. Moisturize your skin twice a day.
3. Drink plenty of water.

Don’t overdo it! Refrain from using any products that you think might break you out and products that you have not already tested on your skin. This is not the week you want to start trying new products.

Does my makeup appointment include false lashes?
Every makeup appointment includes false lashes to complete the look. We have a variety of lash styles ranging from natural to dramatic!

Should I get my hair or makeup done first?
This all comes to down to personal preference and scheduling. Ideally, you would get your hair done first. This will give your hair time to sit in rollers or rest before brushing out while we do your makeup! Doing your makeup last will also ensure your makeup is as fresh as possible for your wedding or special event.
